Shift Pattern: Consistent 4 on, 4 off (12:hour days and nights, 6:6) allowing for great work-life balance. Your Role As a core member of the production team, you will ensure our high-speed machinery operates at peak efficiency. You will: Set up and operate high-speed machinery with a focus on accuracy and speed. Troubleshoot and adjust machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Maintain quality standards by conducting regular checks and keeping precise production records. Collaborate with the wider team to exceed daily production targets. What You Bring What you bring to the role: Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role (e.g., Production Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Technical Operator, Rewind Operator, or Machine Setter). Industry Knowledge: Experience within the FMCG, Packaging, Food Manufacturing, Print, or Pharmaceutical sectors is highly desirable. Technical Aptitude: Confidence in making minor machine adjustments and performing routine maintenance.
