Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a modular install project,
Role Responsibilities
- Managing the day:to:day operations of the install
- Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard
- Coordinating trades and managing site activities
- Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
- Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress
- Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel
- Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met
Requirements
- Valid Black OR white CSCS Card : essential
- Valid First Aid certificate : essential
- Valid SMSTS : essential
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively
- Previous experience working on busy construction sites
- Full PPE
- Ability to start immediately
