As a Childrens Home Registered Manager, youll create an environment where children can recover from difficult experiences, build positive relationships and develop the confidence to thrive.

You'll lead by example, providing stability, guidance and encouragement while making sure the home is a place where children feel secure, respected and able to reach their potential.

  • What You'll Bring To The Team As Registered Manager
  • Extensive experience in residential childcare
  • Previous experience managing and supervising staff
  • Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
  • You Will Receive
  • Salary of GBP 49,268 : GBP 56,768with bonus potential up to GBP 18,000
  • Relocation support of up to GBP 5,000
  • 26 days' annual leave, rising to 28 days after 4 years, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave
  • Service awards at 2,5 and 10 years.
