The Role: What Youll Do
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the daily production and packaging cycle. Initially, your focus will be on packing various containers filled with chemical products safely and efficiently. As you gain experience and complete your training, you will graduate to operating the chemical filling machinery itself.
Responsibilities
- Pack chemical products into multiple container styles and outer packaging according to specific work orders.
- Operate both manual and automatic processing, labeling, and packaging equipment.
- Weigh, measure, and check raw materials to ensure absolute batch accuracy.
- Conduct quality control checks, matching batch and chemical code numbers to ensure compliance.
- Palletize, strap, or stretch-wrap completed loads for safe transit to the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly efficient workspace by following 5S, Kaizen, and autonomous maintenance standards.
