Private Client Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, East Midlands, GBP 40k+ (DOE) : This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, well:managed practice on a wide variety of high:quality, non:contentious private client matters. JOB REF:TL3708

The Role

• You will be responsible for a broad mix of private client work, including: Wills and trust creation and administration, High net worth succession planning and estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications
• You will also play an important role in supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, helping to develop their technical and client:care skills.

Skills Required

• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a leading regional or national practice
• Proven experience across the full spectrum of non:contentious private client matters
• Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive, commercial approach
