We're looking for a proactive Fleet Compliance Supervisor to join this excellent Transport Team onsite. You'll play a vital role in keeping their fleet safe, efficient, and compliant. From vehicle maintenance and driver management to cost control and KPI monitoring, no two days are the same. If you're organised, detail-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle maintenance and condition across all sites
- Authorise and reconcile maintenance invoices within agreed limits
- Track and maintain vehicle records, including defects and damage forms
- Control temporary vehicles, insurance notifications, and driver inductions
- Download and manage tachograph records
- Oversee driver infringements, audits, licences, and CPCs (permanent and agency staff)
- Monitor KPIs related to maintenance spend, driver behaviour, fuel, and WTD
- Conduct fuel card audits and manage fuel/adblue consumption
- Support operations with compliance and fleet-related issues
- Attend meetings and provide general support to the Head of Fleet Maintenance and Compliance
- Be available for weekend or out-of-hours support in emergencies
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a transport office or fleet compliance role
- CPC holder is essential
- Strong English and maths skills
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, transport databases)
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- A flexible, team-oriented approach with a positive, can-do attitude
- Commitment to following processes and improving efficiency

- 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday (9amβ5pm)
