The Role

  • Support the Chef Manager with the daily kitchen operation.
  • Prepare and deliver fresh breakfast and lunch menus.
  • Breakfast service from 8:00am:10:00am.
  • Lunch service from 12:00pm:2:00pm.
  • Contribute to seasonal menus and new food ideas.
  • Support menu costings, ordering and stock control.
  • Maintain excellent allergen and food safety compliance.
  • Drive food quality, consistency and presentation.

About You

  • Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie experience.
  • Contract Catering, Business and Industry or quality fresh food background.
  • Passionate about fresh food and menu development.
  • Strong knowledge of allergens and food safety.
  • Organised and confident working within a compact kitchen.
  • Reliable, hands: on and a strong team player.
  • Ambitious and looking to progress into kitchen management.
