An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Team Leader to join a well-established care provider known for delivering high-quality residential support for young people within a nurturing, well-structured environment. As a Senior Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership within a residential setting, supporting staff, maintaining care standards, safeguarding children, and ensuring smooth operational delivery. This role offers a salary range of GBP 33,300 - GBP 35,000 plus GBP 55 per sleep ins and benefits.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Leading, motivating and supporting a team to deliver high-quality care
- Allocating tasks and ensuring effective shift coordination
- Providing supervision, guidance and performance feedback to staff
- Overseeing daily operations and escalating issues where required
- Supporting staff development through coaching and mentoring

- Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (Residential) or equivalent
