Overview

We are working with a premium catering group who are looking for a Senior Event Operations Manager to lead multi-site event delivery and drive operational excellence. This senior leadership role oversees high-volume, complex events across corporate, private, and large-scale productions, combining strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end event operations across multiple venues and sites
  • Manage and develop a team of Event Managers and freelance staff
  • Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and operational delivery
  • Drive consistency in service standards, processes, and guest experience
  • Build strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
