We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated and proactive School Receptionist Administrators to provide essential support to our client schools throughout Brent. We have various opportunities available, and this is an excellent chance to contribute to a thriving educational community.
Working hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This full‑time position begins as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors/contractors, inputting their details on the system and adhering to the school’s safeguarding procedures and First Aid
- Provide administrative support to staff and students
- Manage and distribute internal and external post, facilitating the transfer of intersite post
- Facilitate deliveries and maintain an organised tidy office environment
- Undertake reception duties including answering telephone, responding to standard queries and enquiries throughout the day and managing the main school email inbox
- Input information into SIMS, production and collate student reports
- Take notes at ad‑hoc meetings as required
- Administer First Aid to students and staff as required
- Administer meeting room bookings, and liaise with catering staff as required
- Prepare refreshments for visitors, where appropriate, on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK (essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the basic/updated service
- Two proven relevant references
- Excellent communicator capable of relating well to both children and adults
- Efficient, well‑organised, able to prioritise and use initiative
- Skilled in IT and confident in using management information systems
- Caring, with a sense of humour
- First Aid qualification
- Committed to collaborative working and ongoing professional development
