The Role
- Support multiple school catering operations across your region
- Lead and develop kitchen teams on site
- Manage food production and service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and health and safety procedures
- Manage stock control, ordering and food cost controls
- Build strong relationships with school leadership teams
- Support contract mobilisations and operational projects
- Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
- Drive consistency, standards and performance across sites
About You
- Previous Chef Manager or Head Chef experience
- Education catering or B & I contract catering background essential
- MUST have a driver’s licence and car
