THE ROLE

As a trainee ERP Search Consultant you will partner with clients, supporting them on growth strategies, offering resources, market insights and advice. You will have complete control over your own progression pathway, with the pace of advancement determined by your performance. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships and driving business growth through recruitment in ERP markets.

OUR 3-MONTH TRAINING PROGRAMME WILL OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING

  • We work with you on the skills you already have and help you adapt them to succeed in specialist markets.
  • By the end of the programme you will have the tools to be a successful 360 recruiter.
  • We teach you about the ERP markets and the impact an ERP can have on the wider business.
  • You will have the opportunity to earn commission during the programme; commission is uncapped and can reach GBP 10k-15k per month on top of your salary.
