Role Overview
An experienced operator is needed to join a leading but expanding hospitality and leisure group based in London with sites across the UK.
The group has 19 sites (plus 2 openings this year and a target of 3 more next year).
The role reports to the CEO and focuses on operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational team across all sites.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with head office functions on a dotted‑line basis.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer service, product quality and consistency.
- Increase productivity, develop the customer base and maintain or enhance profitability.
- Oversee new site openings and manage Area Managers.
Qualifications
- Excellent proven experience as a senior operator in the hospitality industry.
- Experience opening new sites and leading a large scale business, ideally across London.
- Experience managing a turnover of over £50 million and holding a leadership role.
- Background with branded hospitality operators and a track record of business change.
