Reeson Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join an ARB team in Lambeth from September 2026.

The role involves supporting pupils with complex needs within the ARB, delivering 1:1 and small group activities, and working with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress.

Ideal candidates have experience with Autism or complex SEND, value routine and positive behaviour support, and can build trusting relationships.
