Are you an M3 or higher Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for a new teaching opportunity within a supportive and vibrant school community? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We are working with a primary school in Brent seeking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher from September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives.
- Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
- Plan and deliver a high‑quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non‑core subjects.
- Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement.
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching in a primary school.
- Be committed to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Show excellent classroom and behaviour management.
- Be a team player with a reflective, proactive approach.
