Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape a proactive, people‑first safety culture focused on engagement, accountability and ownership.
- Partner with site leadership to influence behaviours and embed safety into everyday decisions.
- Coach and support teams on the shop floor through real‑time conversations and behavioural observations.
- Drive behavioural safety programmes that focus on mindset and long‑term cultural change.
- Build strong relationships across all departments, leading through influence rather than authority.
- Encourage proactive thinking around safety, risk and environmental impact through collaboration and continuous improvement.
