This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the business in a senior operational leadership role, working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
The Role
Reporting into the HR Director, the Head of HR Operations will lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role requiring strong HR generalist expertise, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate confidently within a lean and entrepreneurial environment.
- Lead the operational delivery of the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
- Advise managers and senior leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organisational matters
- Oversee HR policies, processes, payroll, and benefits to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience
- Support organisational planning, development initiatives, and HR change projects across the business
- Provide leadership and guidance to the wider HR team while acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
Experience
- Proven experience in a senior operational HR role within a fast-paced commercial environment
- Experience in luxury space, hospitality, or real estate
- Strong HR generalist background across employee relations, performance management, payroll, and organisational change
- Excellent employment law knowledge with the ability to provide pragmatic and commercially focused judgement
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, including experience working with HR data and reporting
- CIPD qualified (Level 7 preferred) with experience managing or mentoring junior HR team members
