A major hospitality group is looking for a Group Operations Director to oversee a national multi-brand restaurant portfolio during a key period of transition, repositioning, and future growth. Based from a London head office, this role will oversee multiple Heads of Operations and established senior teams across the group, bringing stronger alignment, structure, and operational consistency across the wider business. The focus is on bringing everything together more effectively, improving communication, strengthening systems, and building a more scalable operational structure for the future.

The Role
