We are working with a leading fast growing, multi brand food and hospitality group to appoint a Group Head of People Services and Reward into a newly elevated role. As the business continues to scale, this hire will play a key role in professionalising and future-proofing the people services function, bringing consistency, efficiency and commercial thinking across the group.
This is a high impact position with real ownership, visibility and the opportunity to shape how people services and reward operate at group level.
The Role
Reporting at Director level, you will own the end to end people services agenda, combining strong operational HR delivery with reward, benefits and process improvement. You will lead a small people services team and act as the go to expert for how people processes, pay and reward are designed, delivered and evolved across the business. This role suits someone who enjoys being hands‑on, thrives in pace, and wants to build something meaningful rather than inherit a finished corporate structure.
