The Role

  • Support the Group Executive Chef across 7 sites and 3 brands
  • 80% hands-on: working on site with teams
  • Monitor and maintain high standards across the group
  • Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of junior chefs
  • Assist with menu development alongside the Group Executive Chef
  • Manage food costing, food systems, and cost control
  • Provide Head Chef holiday cover when required
  • Office base: North London (floating role across venues)
