The Role

  • Lead a A GBP 5 million turnover restaurant and bar operation within a wider A GBP 10 million hospitality business
  • Oversee a large and established team of approximately 70 employees
  • Drive standards, service, and consistency across a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Be highly visible on the floor, leading from the front and building strong guest relationships
  • Support the ongoing transformation and modernisation of the business
  • Work closely with senior leadership and a newly strengthened management team
  • Help embed a culture focused around hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Support new initiatives, launches, and ongoing improvements across the site
  • Ensure the guest journey feels polished, energetic, and memorable at every touchpoint
