Position: General Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Location: Mayfair, Central London
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of a branded or independent café, restaurant, or casual dining venue.
Drive sales through independent thinking and proactive management.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
Lead, train, motivate, and develop the team.
Manage stock, budgeting, P&L control, and venue marketing.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role.
Proven experience in a café, restaurant, or casual dining setting.
Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Self‑starter with the ability to think independently and drive sales.
