We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead reception and front of house operations within a boutique hotel in London. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experience, driving upsells, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front office team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Oversee daily reception, duty management, and front desk operations
- Drive up selling opportunities and maximise incentive performance
- Ensure smooth check-in/out processes and guest journey experience
- Manage rota planning, team performance, and training
- Work closely with senior management on service standards and improvements
- Ensure accurate system use and reporting via Opera Cloud
About You
- 5+ years experience in Front Office roles within hotels
- Experience as Assistant Reception Manager or senior supervisor
- Duty Manager experience
- Proven experience managing teams
- Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud
- Excellent communication and written English skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
