We are recruiting an Executive Chef to lead a premium, multi-site Contract Catering portfolio across London and Surrey, delivering a strong mix of hospitality-led fine dining and high-quality retail food offers. This is a great opportunity for an Executive Chef with multi-site experience, a Contract Catering background, and a passion for elevating food standards, hospitality and team performance.

The role:
- Provide strategic culinary leadership across all sites
- Drive food quality, innovation and consistency across hospitality and retail
- Develop menus that are relevant, seasonal and market leading
- Lead, mentor and support Head Chefs across hospitality and retail operations
- Ensure excellence across food safety, compliance, cost control and stock management
- Act as a senior culinary ambassador, supporting client engagement and long-term partnerships
