The Role
Working within a growing Construction Insurance practice, you will act for leading insurers, MGAs and Lloyds syndicates on complex and high: value professional indemnity claims involving construction professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
The role will involve managing sophisticated disputes, advising on construction: related coverage matters and delivering commercially focused advice throughout the lifecycle of a claim.
You will also have the opportunity to supervise and develop junior lawyers, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 8 years PQE and strong experience in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation.
Experience advising insurers on construction: related claims or coverage matters would be particularly advantageous.
You will possess excellent technical ability, strong commercial awareness, and exceptional client management skills.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, able to manage complex matters independently while working collaboratively within a wider team.
Experience supervising and supporting junior lawyers will also be beneficial.
