We are seeking an experienced Cluster Reservations Manager and Revenue Assistant to oversee reservations performance across a busy hotel portfolio while supporting revenue management activity. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong reservations leadership experience looking to broaden into revenue strategy within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day reservations operations across a cluster of hotels
- Lead and support a small reservations team
- Assist with rate loading, pricing updates, and revenue controls
- Manage OTA extranets, GDS updates, and third-party platforms
- Support commission reconciliation and reporting
- Assist the Revenue Manager with forecasting and demand tracking
- Ensure accurate and efficient use of Opera Cloud systems
- Monitor performance and identify revenue opportunities
About You
- 2+ years experience as a Reservations Manager
- Strong background in reservations within a large hotel environment
- Previous experience managing or supervising a small team
- Exposure to revenue management principles
- Experience working with OTA extranets and GDS systems
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
