The Role
- Lead the day: to: day kitchen operation.
- Create fresh, commercially successful menus.
- Deliver breakfast from 8:00am:10:00am.
- Deliver lunch from 12:00pm:2:00pm.
- Manage menu costings, ordering and stock control.
- Manage team holidays and kitchen cover.
- Maintain excellent allergen and food safety compliance.
- Drive food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Build a strong relationship with the client.
About You
- Chef Manager or experienced Head Chef.
- Strong Contract Catering or Business and Industry background.
- Excellent fresh food and menu development skills.
- Confident with food costs, ordering and stock management.
- Strong knowledge of allergens and food safety.
