Global Rebrand Programme

Warrington, Cheshire WA5, with extensive travel across the UK

Permanent role

A GBP 60,000 - A GBP 65,000 with Car Allowance of A GBP 5,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the end-to-end rebrand rollout plan, translating brand strategy into a clear, phased delivery roadmap over c.3 years.
  • Drive progress across multiple parallel workstreams, maintaining momentum and ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, resolving issues to keep the programme on track.
  • Continuously challenge like-for-like replacement, identifying opportunities to improve quality, durability, sustainability, cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder and Working Group Management
  • Establish and lead cross-functional working groups spanning operations, fleet, procurement, marketing, IT and People teams.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, senior leadership and external partners.
  • Influence without authority, encouraging constructive challenge to improve outcomes rather than replicate legacy approaches.
  • Provide clear reporting, recommendations and updates to senior leadership and governance forums.
Supplier Sourcing, Tendering and Management
  • Scope requirements and support procurement teams through sourcing and tendering of brand-related suppliers (e.g. signage, vehicle livery, print, uniforms, PPE, merchandise).
  • Review and challenge existing specifications, materials and methods, driving improvements in quality, consistency, sustainability and value.
  • Manage multiple global and regional suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain supplier guidelines, specifications and SLAs.
Brand Governance and Consistency
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent and high-quality application of the new brand across all touchpoints.
  • Develop, evolve and maintain brand guidelines, toolkits and templates based on rollout learning.
  • Approve brand applications across vehicles, sites, signage, marketing and internal communications.
  • Ensure legacy branding is phased out in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
Brand Advocacy, Change and Continuous Improvement
  • Serve as a visible brand champion and ambassador, building confidence, buy-in and engagement across the organisation.
  • Support change management by helping teams understand the rationale behind both the rebrand and the improvements introduced.
  • Provide guidance, training and hands-on support to teams applying the new brand.
  • Promote a mindset of continuous improvement so the brand strengthens the organisation over time.
