The Bar Manager Role
You’ll take full ownership of the guest experience atmosphere, service standards, and the flow of a packed Saturday night leading from the floor, not a back office. Day to day you’ll own the drinks programme, floor planning, licensing and compliance, rotas and cost control, and the bars P and L. You’ll also need enough grip on bookings; table turns and restaurant service to deputise for the GM when needed.
The right Person
We’re looking for a Bar Manager who’s genuinely product passionate, someone who drives signature and seasonal cocktails and a strong wine list, and trains teams to a Side Hustle / Bar American standard. You’ll need to handle real have a track record in a quality:led, guest:obsessed environment, and be versatile enough to run both bar and restaurant service.
The Package
A GBP 45,000 plus service charge, day:one access to the groups Hub (discounts, wellbeing, rewards), 50 off food and drink across all sites for you and 5 guests, and genuine progression within a growing group.
