The Role
The appointed Solicitor will join a highly regarded team advising lenders, corporates and sponsors on a broad range of financing transactions, including leveraged finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset‑based lending. You will take the lead on transactions with appropriate supervision, managing matters from instruction through to completion, whilst working closely with clients to deliver innovative and commercially focused funding solutions. You will also support and mentor junior lawyers, collaborate with colleagues across the firm and play an active role in business development and generating referral opportunities.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE and a strong background in Banking and Finance. You will have experience in corporate lending, leveraged finance and/or real estate finance, together with the confidence to manage transactions and client relationships with a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical and drafting skills, strong commercial awareness.
