What You Will Do

  • Manage customer enquiries and orders via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely input into the system.
  • Plan, book, and track shipments, offering tailored solutions for EU and UK transport, including airfreight and road travel.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
  • Review and optimise transport routes to maximise profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all job files are closed out accurately, including obtaining proof of delivery and scanning required documents.
  • Maintain system data integrity and manage KPIs to ensure high standards of service delivery.
