Why Join This Team?

This is a business that understands work-life balance is crucial.

They offer a 4-day working week, hybrid working arrangements, and flexibility between their Liverpool and Manchester offices.

They operate with a flat structure where senior engineers actively shape the work rather than sitting above the process.
