Responsibilities

Join a growing litigation team and manage a varied general litigation caseload from instruction through to resolution.

Advise a broad client base and handle matters with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of client care and commercial awareness.

Contribute to the ongoing growth and strategic direction of the practice, support business development activity, and play an active role in shaping the future of the team.

Operate within a hybrid working model, balancing flexibility with a collaborative office culture.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years\’ PQE in general litigation.

Confident in managing own caseload and providing practical, solution-focused advice.

Commercially aware, highly organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional approach; interest in contributing to the continued development of a growing litigation practice.

Looking for long-term career progression and involvement in shaping a department rather than a static role.
