Tip Top Job is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Lingfield, Surrey.

This permanent role offers full-time and part-time opportunities (up to 44.25 hours) with an hourly rate of £12.71 to £13.65 depending on qualifications and experience.

Term is Time Only (39 weeks per year), with Monday to Friday shifts and free parking.

You’ll support children and young adults with SEN and disabilities, helping them grow in confidence, develop independence and achieve things they never thought possible.
