An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered General Nurse to work in an exceptional care home in the Billinghay, Lincoln area. The role is with one of the UK's leading health care providers. This service provides 24/7 specialist nursing and residential care for adults with complex needs related to learning disabilities.

Eligibility

  • To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties

  • Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
  • Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patient's named nurse.
  • Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess need and evaluate progress.
  • Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Post‑qualified experience acquired through professional training in a related environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills are key.
  • Can demonstrate a can‑do attitude.
  • Experience in a similar role.
