The role is with one of the UK's leading health care providers. This service provides 24/7 specialist nursing and residential care for adults with complex needs related to learning disabilities.
Eligibility
- To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties
- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group within an agreed framework.
- Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patient's named nurse.
- Accurately observe and engage with patients in order to assess need and evaluate progress.
- Monitor and review Nursing Care plans.

- Post‑qualified experience acquired through professional training in a related environment.
