Location: HMP Lincoln Prison - Refurbishment

Duration: 40 weeks

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily site operations and subcontractor activities
  • Managing internal and external upgrade works
  • Supervising internal upgrade works
  • Ensuring all works are completed safely and in accordance with H&S legislation
  • Maintaining site records, permits, RAMS and progress reports
  • Liaising with client representatives, prison authorities and project stakeholders
  • Managing site logistics and security restrictions within a live prison environment
  • Monitoring programme delivery and quality standards
  • Conducting toolbox talks, site inspections and safety briefings
About You

To be considered for this role, you must have previous site management or supervisory experience within construction, refurbishment, FM or maintenance projects. Experience working within live environments such as prisons, hospitals, schools, MOD sites or other secure facilities would be highly advantageous.

Essential Requirements
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • First Aid at Work (Desirable)
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Ability to pass enhanced prison security vetting
  • Clean criminal record with no convictions or cautions
  • Based within commuting distance of Lincoln

  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid (Desirable)

  • Hands on multi-trade
  • Experience internal refurbishment projects
  • Experience within custodial or secure environments

Due to the nature of the project and security requirements, all successful applicants will be required to undergo full prison vetting prior to starting on site.
