What We Are Looking For
- Practical Experience Assisting Learners With Additional SEMH Needs
- Commitment to a long:term placement
- Capable of staying composed in challenging situations and acting as a dependable mentor for pupils.
- Skilled at establishing strong connections with students, colleagues, and families.
- Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or relevant professional history.
