About The Role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to join us to ensure installations run smoothly, and customers receive excellent quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts, issue work to surveyors, and assist surveyors with any technical challenges, ensuring all external and internal contractors achieve deadlines.
- Schedule work for our fitting teams and other external contractors, ensuring that all building work runs smoothly.
- Serve as the first point of contact for liaising with all trades to ensure a smooth continuity of work and a first‑class operation for customers.
- Attend site to oversee any issues that may arise with the installations, ensuring health and safety is adhered to, site housekeeping standards are maintained, and the client is satisfied with the installation.
- Ensure contracts are completed on time and to a high‑quality standard.
- Develop excellent working relationships with external and internal stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and dealers.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience and strong knowledge of the window/conservatory industry.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to bring installations in on completion date.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving budgets and maintaining profitability.
- Excellent product knowledge, keeping up to date with industry and new product developments.
- Strong technical capability, with the ability to understand the theory of installation processes.
- Good commercial and business acumen.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to provide strong leadership and direction.
