Randstad Education is seeking a committed and adaptable Teaching Assistant for a long-term role within our partnership schools in Lewes. This position involves supporting the school for one term, two terms, or the entire academic year. You will play a key role in assisting teachers in the classroom, working with small groups, and providing 1:1 support to pupils as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Work with small groups of students to enhance their learning and understanding.
- Provide 1:1 support to pupils with specific learning needs, including SEN.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Help prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources.
