Were Looking For a GM Who
- Has managed a high:volume pub, hotel or hospitality operation
- Has strong rooms/accommodation experience : this is essential
- Comes from a quality branded or structured hospitality background
- Is comfortable managing weekly sales that can reach A GBP 100k
- Has a strong understanding of food, drink and rooms revenue
- Is commercially sharp with a good handle on P and L, labour and margins
- Can lead, develop and retain a strong management and front:line team
- Knows how to maintain high standards while continuing to grow an already successful business
