This full-time, immediate-start role requires a proactive professional who can manage individual caseloads while collaborating with the wider teaching faculty to integrate career education into the daily curriculum.

Essential Requirements

  • Organise career fairs, guest speaker events, and university campus visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progression data.
  • Collaborate with the SEND department to support vulnerable learners in their transitions.
  • Stay updated on changes in labour market information (LMI) and educational legislation.
  • Deliver workshops and assemblies on employability skills and interview techniques.
  • Report to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on the effectiveness of the careers strategy.
