Overview
Do you want to share your passion and expertise for lifelong learning with the next generation of teaching professionals and SEND specialists? TipTopJob is looking for dynamic lecturers to join Initial Teacher Education, SEND and Education & Professional Development teams. We need educators who can teach from Level 4 to Level 7, carry out Initial Teacher Education observations and inspire learners and professionals. Flexible scheduling during term time, evenings and weekends is available to fit around your existing commitments.
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and assess high quality teaching and learning activities across Level 4 to Level 7.
- Carry out Initial Teacher Education observations and provide constructive feedback to learners and trainees.
- Facilitate engagement and motivation of learners in classroom and online settings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum and assessment procedures.
- Contribute to the professional development and support of teaching staff.
Qualifications
- Educated to at least degree level, preferably master’s level.
- Full teaching qualification (approved or at least Level 4).
- Experience working with learners with Educational Health Care Plans an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the education and training sector.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to learner success.
