TipTopJob is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in local schools across Greater London. The role is full-time during term time, providing essential academic support and promoting student independence.

The successful candidate will lead small group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy, track progress, and adapt resources to meet individual learner needs. A proactive approach and academic confidence are essential, alongside strong GCSEs in English and Maths.

Competitive daily pay of GBP90 to GBP95, with payment made weekly.
