The Role of a Supply LSA

As a Learning Support Assistant, you aren’t just an extra pair of hands; you are a mentor and a guide. You will work 1:1 or with small groups of students who may have SEN (Special Educational Needs), SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) challenges, or English as an Additional Language (EAL).

  • Provide targeted support to students in 1:1 or small-group settings.
  • Support learners with SEN, SEMH, or EAL to access the UK curriculum.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement effective strategies and monitor progress.

Requirements
