This role is ideal for someone who is confident taking website concepts from Figma through to polished launch-ready builds, whilst supporting the ongoing evolution of websites through SEO, performance optimisation, and technical improvements. - Technical Development: Support advanced front-end functionality including ACF integration, WooCommerce functionality, custom PHP functions, custom theme integrations, and third-party platform integrations.
- Website Growth and SEO: Work alongside the digital team to continually evolve websites for SEO performance, AI search visibility, speed optimisation, landing page creation, and ongoing website growth.
- Website and Hosting Management: Support the management of hosting platforms, DNS records, plugin management, website updates, backups, staging environments, and the wider studio web portfolio.
- Client Relationships: Build trust across the studio portfolio, support client conversations, identify opportunities for website improvements, and contribute to long-term client growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal creatives, digital specialists, and external partners to ensure high-quality project delivery across the studio.
- Pitching and Onboarding: Support new business activity from meetings and pitch preparation through to onboarding and early-stage project delivery.

How to prepare for a job interview at TipTopJob
✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills
For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. ✨Showcase Your Projects
Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.
✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions
While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
