Doncaster and surrounding areas: driving licence required
Salary: GBP 23,900 - GBP 24,500 per year (DOE) + Benefits
Permanent, Full-time
Hours of work: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week (with overtime opportunities)
Our client, Europe\'s largest lawn care company, is looking for a Lawn Operative to join their small and friendly team. This role is site-based; however, you will be required to visit the office at least once a week. Applicants near Doncaster or surrounding areas are preferred.
About The Role
As a Lawn Operative, you will treat customers\' lawns and provide expert advice to help them achieve the best lawn possible. Customer service is key, so good communication skills and a presentable, courteous manner are essential. You should be flexible to adapt to changing business demands and enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions, often alone.
This is a permanent, full-time role with occasional weekend work and overtime depending on business needs and weather conditions.

Responsibilities
- Deliver lawn treatments to customers\' lawns
- Operate machinery
- Analyze lawn conditions, disorders, and diseases; recommend treatments
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Be confident communicating with customers
- Provide top-quality customer service
- Have excellent organization and time management skills
- Possess good local geographical knowledge
- Be comfortable working outdoors across all seasons
- Have the right to work in the UK
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication and customer care skills
- Self-reliant, proactive, and able to seek help when needed
- Physically fit, able to walk about 5 miles daily, and handle equipment
- Confident using technology
- Experience in lawn care or turf, PA1/PA6 licenses preferred but not essential
