We are looking for candidates with sales experience who have a strong interest and passion for Gardening & Design. You would get to work within an experienced Design Team, providing potential clients with reliable and workable solutions for their garden projects.
Key Duties:
- Estimating, Design & Sales - To convert enquiry leads into live projects by:
- Understanding the client's requirements
- Providing clients with solutions for their gardens and presenting these ideas through detailed drawings or computer aided design
- Providing the clients with competitive quotes, whilst maintaining profit margin
- Selling our products and services
- Achieving sales budgets and profits
- Managing staff on site, overseeing workmanship
- Providing clear instructions
- Managing health & safety and risk assessments
- Following company procedures
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues
About you:
- Experience in sales and confidence in presenting ideas to clients
- Experience of working as a Designer and/or have a garden design qualification
- It is essential that you are computer literate and ideally have experience using CAD, KeySCAPE or Sketchup
- Horticulture knowledge and/or a qualification
- Must be based locally to SO32 2DA
- Good interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
