Opportunity
- Location: Specialist provisions and mainstream schools across Lancing
- Daily Rate: GBP90.00 – GBP95.00 (Competitive weekly pay)
- Schedule: Full‑time, Monday – Friday (Term Time Only)
- Impact: Support students with Autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs to achieve their unique academic and social milestones
Key Responsibilities
- Bespoke 1:1 Support: Provide a consistent and safe foundation for specific students, helping them navigate the school day
- EHCP Implementation: Work directly with Education, Health and Care Plans to deliver personalised learning goals
- Emotional Regulation: Use specialist de‑escalation and behavioural techniques to help students manage their emotions and stay focused
- Promoting Autonomy: Assist with social skills and personal care, prioritising the students' dignity and independence
- Multi‑Agency Collaboration: Work alongside SENCOs, therapists, and teachers to ensure a whole‑child approach to support
