- Key Requirements
- Essential UK Experience: Verifiable experience delivering academic support in a UK Key Stage 2 primary classroom setting.
- Intervention Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead targeted 1:1 and small: group booster sessions in literacy, reading comprehension, and numeracy.
- Safeguarding and Compliance: Holds a valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or readiness to complete a new application).
- Core Attributes: Strong academic background, excellent patience, and the ability to motivate upper primary pupils to achieve their potential.
