Randstad Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistants with strong early literacy and phonics intervention experience to support primary schools across Leeds.
- Key Requirements
- Essential UK Experience: Proven, hands: on experience supporting literacy and learning within a UK Key Stage 1 primary classroom environment.
- Phonics Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in delivering recognised UK phonics programmes (e. g., Read Write Inc., Little Wandle, or Letters and Sounds).
- Safeguarding and Clearances: Holds an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or readiness to complete a new check).
- Targeted Intervention: Proven track record running 1:1 and small: group reading interventions to raise pupil attainment ahead of national assessments.
